Welcome to our blog and photo gallery from the Stonemasonry Department at the Building Crafts College! Here you can read more about our work.
We run: FULL AND PART-TIME COURSES AND APPRENTICESHIPS IN STONEMASONRY as well as LETTERCUTTING AND STONECARVING EVENING CLASSES. We are also involved in some exciting public art and construction projects and organise visits to heritage projects in the UK and Europe.
In 2012, students and staff produced contemporary sculptures, seating and other landscape pieces for projects forming part of the Olympics developments. This year we are running a major education project with the Sir John Soane’s Museum in Lincoln’s Inn Fields, central London.
Click on the links below to read more about these projects and other news from the stonemasonry department.
